Would not choose to support this business, this person advertises their business on a truck that was driving extremely reckless and could have caused an accident. Saw what seemed to be road rage. This person was easily doing 70 in a 45 through the back of a neighborhood. Do better while representing your business on your vehicle. Edit to reply to your response- And I assume the person that you were speeding up to was your help? This is a failed attempt to appease me and save your behind. Under no circumstances do you speed behind a neighborhood next to a school that is high traffic. Very unimpressed, try to stay safe and do better.

Called late at night and received an immediate response back. Met me at my house early the next day; they actually showed up earlier than promised! Not only did they fix my immediate needs, but they found and fixed an additional issue for no extra charge. Affordable, prompt, and great customer service and rapport. Will use again!

We have had to use them on a couple occasions, a busted pipe in the lawn and a busted water heater. Both times they have been amazing to work with at a great price too! I would recommend them to anyone and they’ve gained a customer for life!

A pipe burst in my front yard on a Friday afternoon. I thought for sure I’d be without water until Saturday. They came out quickly, diagnosed the source of the problem and fixed it. They clearly explained the problem and solution. The prices were very reasonable and the customer service was the best I’ve had from a plumber. I will definitely be saving their information for future plumbing needs and recommending them to others.

I had an issue where a downstairs toilet just would not flush. Wife called roto-rooter first who showed up, looked at issue for 30 min and told me I had to call another plumber as he could not handle the problem. I then searched for a hometown plumber (which honestly should have been step 1) and saw all the fantastic reviews for GT quality plumbing. After the phone call we had an appointment for the next morning. Gary and his son showed up and were explained the problem. Gary listened, then explained the steps he was going to take. These two gentlemen then proceeded to work non-stop for over 2.5 hrs to fix the issue. Fix it they did. Gary even explained to me the root cause of the issue and a couple different ways to get it fixed. Suffice to say this was a great experience and showed the tenacity they will go to, to get the job done. I know I have found my families plumber and have already told numerous people about their work. Thank you again Gary and Brady. Outstanding job and work ethic. We truly appreciated it.

Gary and Brady did an amazing job replacing our bath tub handle and the leaky tub faucet in the hall bathroom! They were fast, efficient and the price was very reasonable. We are so very grateful and will be using them again. God bless you guys 🤗😃🙏❤💝❤.
